Portland’s professional Klezmer band, The Casco Bay Tummlers return to the stage of Blue this evening for a performance filled with Traditional Eastern European Jewish compositions. Tonight’s show gets started right around 7 o’clock.
The dudes in Kilcollins will be doing it to it over at RiRa in the Old Port tonight. Starting at 9 the band plans on rockin’ you with all sorts of tunes that you know in love with a handful of catchy original jams for good measure. It’s free, fun and guaranteed to be a good time, so check it out if you’re downtown this evening.
Local hip-hop label, Immortal Music presents a night of hip-hop and rap battler over at Portland House of Music and Events. Starting at 9, swing through with a crew to check out showcase sets from Northern Lights Nation, Lady Dope, Myles Bullen, The Immortals featuring Unique Divinci, Peace Out Pat, HVZE, Dylirium, Jiggz from Click North, plus The Roast of John Blaze of The Immortals with Lyft vs. Ya Boy Mass, John Blaze vs. Unique Divinci + Brothaman + Fate88 + Lyft.
NYC-based drummer Jacob Forbes will be performing alongside Scott Keifner on bass and Emmett Harrity on keys for a night of both originals and jazz standards at Blue this evening. Tonight’s performance will begin at 9 o’clock.
North of Nashville will be rocking down at Brian Boru in the Old Port starting right around 9:30 this thirsty Thursday.
