If you find yourself Fridaying up in the Central Maine area get on over to The Nocturnem Draft Haus in Bangor as they present another fine evening of jazz tunes and musical merriment with local act The Bill Barnes Trio. This free 21+ shindig gets swingin’ at 8 o’clock.
Catch some classic and modern rock covers from the Jim Brown Band as the band kicks off their two-night stint at the Penobscot Pour House right around 8 o’clock.
Local artist Scott Lank will be playing at Champions this evening. Starting at 6:30pm stop by to enjoy this free show featuring Lank’s performances of familiar classic rock and country from the 60s and 70s, as well a little bit of bluegrass, ballads and uptempo rockers.

The Scolded Dogs are back to make some noise at the Easy Street Lounge tonight as they bring some more party-rockin’ tunes to the stage for another free show. Third Eye Blind, the California-based pop-rock band who rose to fame in the late ‘90s early aughts, will be bringing their sing-a-long songs to the stage of the Maine State Pier in Portland tonight. This all ages show starts at 6:30pm with opening sets from special guests Town Meeting and Tancred.

If you’re looking for some fun tunes to take in outdoors this finally Friday then make some plans to head out to The Porthole as blues, rock, soul, and R&B band, Slygo Road will be cranking out an eclectic mix of originals and classic covers during a free show starting at 7pm.
Mellow your mind with some stellar jams out on the Portland Lobster Company deck during another fun night with the one and only A Band Beyond Description.
