Wrong Is Right brings their blend of mandolin, fiddle and upright bass to the stage of Acoustic Artisans tonight. This act consisting of three vibrant players and tune-writers met through a love of roots music at Berklee College of Music. With driving groove and elegant melodic interpretation, they explore the converging aspects of bluegrass, jazz and other roots music beginning at 7pm tonight.
Local jazz artist Viva will be bringing her vivacious vocals to Dogfish Bar & Grille on Free Street in Portland for a very funky Friday filled with funk, jazz standards, soul songs and Latin tunes that are done by Viva and her talented band with a fun and modern twist.
