If you’re south of Portland tonight and looking to take in some tasty roots rock jams this Tuesday then make your way down to Champions Sports Bar in Biddeford where Travis James Humphrey will be playing a solo set of tunes. Humphrey will be doing his thing from 10 to midnight. It’s a free event with plenty of beer on hand so no excuses; check it out!
Dos Canosos y el Joven will be bringing some Latin music to Frontier tonight as part of the venue’s Live in the Lounge music series. Tonight’s event is free and all-ages and will get underway at 7:30pm. Joining Dos Canosos will be Rafael Freyre on bass and vocals.
If you’re hanging around the Gray area tonight, stop on by Cole Farms for this week’s Open Mic event with local musician Dave Jacquet. It’s a free event, there’s tasty food, and boozy drinks, so check it out as things get started up at 7.

David Beam and the Custom House Gang will be serving up some down-home, acoustic roots tunes to wind down your Wednesday with at Andy’s Old Port Pub in Portland. The local act will get the good times and good tunes rolling around 8.
Happy Folk, a rotating bandwagon of friends and family that brings infectious joy to any event that they are a part of, will be playing some tunes during a free show at Flask Lounge tonight. Built around the music and philosophy of Nik Hasenfus and Aria Zarnoski, the two songwriters attempt to dissolve the boundaries created by the performing arts, combining their ambitions of authentic relationships as well as similarly natural genres of music. Rap Night at The Asylum is going to be slammin’ this Wednesday and all for a good cause as Essence, Shane Reis and Renee Coolbrith join forces for a night to help raise money for Sam Corbett and family. Corbett and his family were victims to a home invasion and robbery and tonight these talented, local hip-hop heavies will be doing their part to help this family out. In addition to showcases from Essence, Reis and Coolbrith, there will also be early and late open mic cyphers with El Shupacabra on the decks and ladies get in free!
